Circularity. Responsibility. Sharing.
These are the 3 values that guide Trainect as a company and as a team, because in our opinion they perfectly represent some of themfundamental characteristics of Corporate Wellness.
This is why we want to continue this journey to discover Corporate Wellness through these 3 concepts, so significant for us, to discover and investigate together the multidimensionality of organizational well-being and figure out howmake it more and more an effective reality within our companies.
We will begin by exploding the concept of Responsibility, read from a technological point of view:
- What does it mean to direct innovation towards a people centered approach?
- How to combine your well-being with an increasingly pervasive technology?
- How is the approach to the world of work changing in light of these technological and cultural revolutions?
increasingly central themesnot only for Innovation Managers or technology experts but also and above all for all those professionals from the world of HR and People Management who are dealing with a world of work with increasingly liquid boundaries and with people who are increasingly sensitive to issues of their own well-being even within the organisation.
